Position Summary

The New Business Development Healthcare Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving the sales of healthcare services. This role involves working cross-functionally with delivery teams to develop and execute business plans, build a robust sales pipeline, deliver compelling client pitches, and onboard new clients to meet annual sales revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients.
  • Identify and target potential new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Articulate the features and benefits of Connexio Health’s services effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the renewal process and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
  • Introduce new products, services, and industry expertise to drive client penetration and business growth.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Maintain a database of customers and prospects using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.com.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer relationships through onboarding, business reviews, and service agreement renewals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, developing campaign strategies to address clients' commercialization gaps.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customers, business partners, and company information in accordance with confidentiality agreements.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, client services, customer success, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Management, Nursing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with healthcare commercialization strategies, including omnichannel sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging C-level executives both in-person and virtually.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
  • Willingness to be flexible and take initiative.
